Jessica Lewis is the only fitness, health & wellness professional anywhere who's also a Master Personal Trainer, a Certified Nutritional Counselor, and an Accredited T'ai Chi Chih Instructor...what truly sets her apart from her peers is her unique knowledge of the constant interplay of high quality movement, whole food nutrition, and stress management/relaxation.

In addition to her private practice, Jessica is also the Lifestyle Coach at Hockessin Chiropractic Centre (an IFM Certified Functional Medicine facility), the Co-Founder of Your Body Beautiful (a series of holistic presentations & services for women), is a longtime employee of the Rocky Run YMCA, works for the American Red Cross instructing CPR for Professional Rescuers, and holds a First Degree Black Belt in Tang Soo Do Karate.
