As the sole-proprietor of her private practice SCULPT YOUR LIFE®, Jessica has been working with a diverse population of clients within their own homes since 2004. She's also maintained long-term coaching or teaching contracts with prominent Functional Medicine practices, the Cancer Support Community of Delaware, Widener University, and the American Red Cross. And for clients outside the Wilmington, DE and greater Philadelphia area, virtual classes and one-on-one sessions have always been an easy option.
Jessica is especially committed to offering powerful evidence-based free services to Veterans. Together with the award-winning non-profit More Than Fitness, Jessica co-founded the unique T'ai Chi Chih for Veterans program plus she's been conducting federal Tai Chi for Veterans classes since 2019.
Jessica has studied Tang Soo Do karate extensively and is a former national competitor. She's a seasoned public speaker and has delivered crowd-pleasing interactive presentations at conferences hosted by Harvard Medical School, OSHER Center for Integrative Medicine, Delaware National Guard, Beebe Healthcare, Delaware's chapters of both the Mental Health Association and the Brain Injury Association, and the Delaware Subcommittee for Veteran & Military Suicide Prevention. She's been featured on numerous occasions in both print and digital media.
