As the sole-proprietor of her private practice SCULPT YOUR LIFE®, Jessica has been working with
a diverse population of clients within their own homes since 2004. But for those outside Wilmington, DE and the greater Philadelphia area, virtual sessions have always been an easy option. Additionally, Jessica is a Tai Chi for Veterans Instructor plus she's held long-term coaching or teaching contracts for two of Delaware's most well-respected Functional Medicine facilities, the
Cancer Support Community Delaware, Widener University, and the American Red Cross.
She also holds a First Degree Black belt in Tang Soo Do Karate.
